Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number supplied by MyGardenPond must accompany all returns. Merchandise received by MyGardenPond without the proper RMA number will not be accepted. A receipt or original invoice must accompany all returns. MyGardenPond is not responsible for freight charges on returned merchandise. Merchandise returned to MyGardenPond for re-stocking must be unused, in original packaging and free from damage. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Special orders, cut merchandise, liner and temperature sensitive products are not eligible for return.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Inspect your shipments for hidden damage or shortages before signing for them. Cross check all quantities with the packing list before taking delivery. Damaged or incomplete shipments must be marked as such on the bill of lading. If shipments are not thoroughly inspected, write the words “not for hidden damages” on the bill of lading. All shortages or damages must be reported to MyGardenPond within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Shipments signed for and not marked as “damaged” or “short” are considered complete, in good condition and free from damage. MyGardenPond and its carriers are not responsible for claims or shortages on shipments signed for in good condition.
Warranties
Merchandise with a manufacturer’s warranty is indicated throughout the MyGardenPond Online Catalog. Warranty practices vary by manufacturer and should be discussed with MyGardenPond customer service prior to returning merchandise. MyGardenPond Return Policy applies to warranty items (see above). Prompt attention to defective merchandise will facilitate processing.
